Best Chicken Noddle Soup Ever!
Hey Guys! Fall is right around the corner, and I love homemade chicken noodle soup. I have my "pepper chicken noddle soup" recipe for everyone to enjoy.
I don't think my recipe is much different than most, but my pepper and potatoes make it a little different.
Let's get started!

Ingredients
2 large bone-in chicken breast
¼ cup of pepper or as much as you can take
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon canola oil
1 large onion, chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
6 cups chicken broth
4 celery ribs, chopped
4 medium carrots, chopped
2 or 3 cups of potatoes
1 teaspoon minced fresh thyme or 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
3 cups egg noodles (about 8 ounces)
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

Directions 1. Melt butter in a large soup pot over medium heat. Stir in carrot, onion, celery, salt, and fresh thyme. Stir in chicken fat; cook and stir until the onions turn soft and translucent, 5 to 6 minutes. 2. Boil the potatoes until softened, but not too soft. ( We don’t want mashed potatoes) 3. Cook chicken breast for 2hrs on 375 covered. 4. Stir in roasted chicken broth and bring to a boil. 5. Season to taste with salt, if necessary; stir in egg noodles and cook until tender, about 5 minutes. 6. Stir in cooked chicken breast meat and potatoes let simmer until heated through about 5 minutes. Season with, salt and black pepper to taste. 7. EAT!

Just Amazing !
