My 5 Favorite Summer Smoothies

Hey Guys!!! I'm back with my favorite summer smoothies. What's better than a big bowl of fresh summer berries, peaches or melon? A frosty glass of those juicy fruits whirled together with milk or non-dairy alternatives. There's no guilt involved when drinking these great-tasting summer fruit smoothies.




Spinach Banana Honey Smoothie

Ingredients

  • Banana

  • Spinach

  • Milk

  • Ice

  • Honey

That’s it!

I decided not to give measurement because it's really your preference for how much you would like to use.

Feel free to get creative with some additional mix-ins too.



Strawberry Banana Honey Smoothie

Ingredients

  • Strawberries

  • Honey

  • Banana

  • Vanilla

  • Milk

Add ice cubes if you are using fresh rather than frozen fruit.




Banana Blueberry Honey Smoothie

Ingredients

  • Honey

  • Banana

  • Blueberries

  • Ice

For this one, I didn't use milk, just a little water.

I think this was probably my favorite smoothie of the summer.



Mango Peach Pineapple Honey

Ingredients

  • Pineapple

  • Mango

  • Peaches

  • Ice (if the fruit isn't frozen)

This was a nice tropical blend.



Cantaloupe Strawberry Smoothie

Ingredients

  • Strawberries

  • Cantaloupe

  • Water or a little sweet milk.

This Strawberry and Cantaloupe Smoothie was one of the best ways to cool down during the summer. Thanks to the natural sweetness of cantaloupe melon and strawberry, there is no need to add any sugar to this healthy drink! 





Freeze any leftover fruit for your next delicious smoothie.
